1 - IDs... Driver lic, PR card, Work Permit, student permits etc.. for all applicants

2 -  Proof of income, Employment letter, & pay staff, or( bank statement, tax assessment, T4s), or if you are self-employed, T1 or business registration. ( a letter of employment should state your annual income and how long you have been employed in the place you currently work add the person confirming the job name and phone number)

3 - Credit report, GET A FREE. Credit report "Equifax"  if you get an error call 1 800 971 3250, Click EQUIFAX if you have an account

4 - FILL YOUR RENTAL APPLICATION  HERE ..RENTAL APPLICATION please fill out from applicant #1 and 2 reference info & signed it.

5 - Landlord's good reference letter.

NOTE: Other options for rent:

• Have a guarantor that has good credit and income proof, provide before applying
• or you can Offer 4-6 months' rent in advance.

Once the offer is accepted:

• First and last month's rent in a certified check within 24 hrs of acceptance.
• 10 postdated checks, if you don't have checks order them, It takes take 5-10 days
• Transfer the utilities to your name (if it is NOT all included) hydro electricity  /Enbridge gas & water city, and send the proof all by email
• Get content insurance for your unit. You can call your car insurance.

Esta aplicación te servirá para cualquier propiedad casa, condominio, town house,  sotano, etc.

1 - Identificaciones ( Licencia de manejo, tarjeta de residencia PR card, pasaporte de tu país, any ids,)

2- Prueba de ingresos: Carta de trabajo, 2 Comprobantes de pago ejemplo: cheques, pay staff, estado de cuenta, tax assessments, T4. (si tienes tu propio negocio el registró del tu negocio y los taxes del año pasado, or T1)

(i )Carta de trabajo info.. desde cuando trabajas ahi, sueldo mensual/annual, posición, horas que trabajas, tel y nombre del manager, lo van a llamar)

3 - REPORTE CREDITO  si ya tienes cuenta EQUIFAX .manda todas las páginas,. Saca tu reporte de crédito gratis  aquí ''EQUIFAX'' REPORT si no te sale nada, llama 1-800-871-3250 para confirma tus datos, No importa si no tienes SIN.

Si no tienes historial de crédito: 

tbm puedes APLICAR con un aval o/u ofrecer de 4 a 6 meses de renta por adelantada como garantía.

4- Aplicación de renta. APLICACIÓN DE RENTA llenar a partir del aplicante #1 en adelante.

5- Carta de buenas referencias de tu landlord. 

si te aceptan la oferta: 

Tiene 24 hr para entregar Primero y último mes de renta en un cheque certificado o money order. de tu banco.

• 10 cheques posfechados de tu cuenta de banco..si no los tienes ordenarlos 10 días antes de mudarte min.
• Transferir las utilidades a tu nombre (si NO está todo incluido) ( agua, luz, gas)
• Adquirir un seguro de contenido, puedes llamar a tu seguro de auto.
• El dueño de casa querrá conocerte en persona antes de entregarte las llaves
